The SW in SW Steakhouse follows Steve Wynn’s initials, because they “couldn’t think of a better name” according to his hotel infomercials. You definitely need to reserve a table at this spot because it is PACKED on weekends! Even though we booked well in advance, we still had to wait a good half hour before being seated. If you’re lucky enough to be seated outdoors by the Lake of Dreams, your night will be entertained by dancing balls, moving flowers, and a singing frog on the lake!
