Morels at Palazzo: Vegas

At Morels, the comfortable outdoor patio overlooking the north end of the strip makes this an ideal location for people watching. Of our 5 day trip, we spent 2 mornings enjoy breakfast at this restaurant:

Belgian Waffles with Fresh Berries and Housemade Vanilla Syrup

We love waffles, pancakes, crepes and all that carby goodness, so Morels seemed like the natural choice for offering all three. Plus, it also helped that it was located conveniently in the main lobby of the same hotel we were staying at, so we didn’t have to venture far. However, we can honestly say that had we stayed at a different hotel nearby, we still would have made the trek. The food is delicious, the servers are attentive, and the view is exclusive.
